Eventful weekend

#MOMO – theatre play by School 48
After I have made lots of advertisement and announcements in all classes the theatre play day has arrived. 15:45 I waited for several students to come by. But nobody came, so we will see what they tell me!

#frenchbakery #Michelle’sBakery
Jessy and I went to a French bakery, which celebrated its reopening on Friday! Coffee for half prize and some yummy tartes, croissants and more ☺ The coffee was as French as I thought, very small, but ok the taste was fine! The only thing missing was the French flair, what I told them. Hopefully the next time more French music or something in there. Otherwise I have to switch on my phone music 😀

#trailrunning

This time same way as last week but indeed I felt better and could run most of the time! Felt pretty good to be on the right track again and I do really hope that this kind of trail and height training will give me some boost! It just feels good to go out and be able to breathe in fresh air!

#climbing
My dream came true thanks to some crazy expats from Germany, Australia and Amercians. Climbing south east of UB ☺ Yeahiiiiii! Clean as you might know, because this is a kind of sport pretty much unknown here! Took us kinda 90 minutes to get to the first rock and later to one other… See the pictures how spectacular this looks! Pretty cold yesterday and when the wind came you could not really feel your hands any longer, but absolutely worth it. I got to know that the International School has a climbing wall in their gym and that they wanna go training there in winter once a week. So hopefully I can join them every now and then. But back to the rocks: They were very natural, unused, no slippery parts because too many people have already climbed it but therefore you had to figure out which way you wanna go, which friends and cams you need, how you wanna do up on the top or where do you wanna stop and go down. Marcel took the lead coz I did not really felt like wanna to die in the first route… I followed and fell one time in the rope, right at the beginning. I had to take all the material out of the rocks and attach it to my harness. Some of them were hard to get out and it took me quite a while. On the top it felt sooooo good to be back in the nature, on the rocks and with some nice people. I did realize how much I miss the adventure camp in south France, where I could not go this year because of my little adventure here. Furthermore there are so many cool things to do here, mountaineering, hiking, Alpine climb…. So if anyone needs a special challenge come here 😀

  1. Hello Maren! My name is Karla, I’m from Mexico! I’m studying business in college and we have as a project to make a study about a country that we were randomly given, and I got Mongolia. I don’t know anyone from Mongolia and I don’t know where I could find somebody that speaks english and knows about Mongolia… and then I found you! I usually can find everything on google but sometimes some questions are very specific, could you be so kind to give me some contact info of yours so I can ask you stuff? Please:) have a nice day, thank you!!
