Winter hit Sofia. While it is quite nice to wander around in this Winter Wonderland City, the unusually harsh winter also caused a lot of difficulties: closed schools, blocked roads, blackouts, halted electricity exports and people dying from freezing (particularly dramatic for refugees and homeless people) .
